A disgusting miscarriage of justice. This poor man’s constitutional rights were completely violated and he was treated as guilty from the moment they found his old statement. Law enforcement had tunnel vision and forced the evidence to fit him although geofencing proves his innocence. They had far more evidence against Patrick Westfall and his cohorts killed, Rod Abrams, John messer and Elvis Fields but they chose to ignore that and pursue an innocent man. Some thing is very wrong in Carroll county. When the truth comes out he will be exonerated and all these lying corrupt officials will have to pay for their crimes.
