It’s actually very common for there to not be any visible injuries from SA. It’s more uncommon for there TO be injuries. I’ve been through it, a rape kit and police investigation and case sent to the DA. The doctor who performed my rape kit didn’t find any visible injuries but did find bruising to the tissue inside my rear end. The only reason they found that was because I had a major muscle contraction when the doctor probed that spot. It’s absolutely possible, and indeed probable, that the girls were SA’d prior to their deaths. Not necessarily regular penetration, either. SA can be a lot of things. 😢

They weren't even able to get the marks to reach "sufficient agreement" by ejecting the round, even after several attempts. Now you may hear them say that the markings are the same if they are fired or simply ejected, but that is patently false since the testing methodology is not the same. It wasn't fired it was ejected and if "sufficient agreement" was reaching only after they fired it then you are basically self grading your own test. This was not a random opportunistic crime and I highly doubt it was committed by a stranger or even one person. The lack of defensive wounds would show that they were taken by surprise. He wears exactly the clothes that he himself admitted to have worn on the bridge that very day. Of course the prosecuters won't ask the witnesses to identify the guy at the defense table as bridge guy. He looks nothing like that anymore today. If the timeline of the girls video is right, there is no other conclusion, no matter what the defense dreams up, because there is no time for another villain to appear. Yes, I agree. I think many people are getting tripped up by his behavior and “ deteriorating health” after he was arrested. I’m not. He seems rather manipulative to me and only cares about the fact that he was caught. He went to account for his whereabouts that day, I think, to appear like he was cooperative, honest and an innocent witness, because he thought someone may have seen him there that day. It’s a very small town.

Not only put himself there, but in the exact same outfit as the killer, prior to the release of Libby's video. He told the Deputy what he was wearing in that interview, not imagining he had been actually filmed on his walk-up to the girls. For him to be innocent, you have to imagine two men on that Bridge on that exact day and timeframe, of similar age and physical build, walking by themselves, wearing the exact same outfit and owning/carrying a firearm consistent with the bullet found at the crime scene. This, to me, is the most obvious piece of damning evidence. I can't imagine, outside of a Hollywood styled My Cousin Vinny movie, how two doppelgängers could be on that bridge on that same day in identical outfits, one being the killer and the other being an innocent man watching fish.

Suspicious but definitely not a smoking gun... Seems every piece of weak circumstantial evidence in this case makes it obvious he's responsible in your guys minds. Confirmation bias at its finest. @@chrisblevins5143 Agreed. And your question is why I'm so critical of people who think he's guilty beyond a reasonable doubt and would be quick to rule that way if they were on this jury. I want the right person locked up and for the state prove nobody besides Allen could've possibly committed the crime. Which is the legal standard. I get a lot of hate for that in these comment sections but I still believe in the standard of guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, not just because I don't want any innocent people going to prison but because I want guilty people to be held accountable.
