I think it depends on the legality I believe, though also how big the sandbox players want it to be, COD does have massive sandbox of weapons but some of the players complain they don't have time to grind all the guns

AKS-74 & AKM reload animation are wrong, AK should be pull the charging handle after changing mags or chambering a round. That animation belongs to AR platform weapon
