I just got hired and start 08/02 ramp BOS. How does the standby work because from what i was told is that you only get one day off at a time or w.e

One day off is really not enough to do anything maybe you might try seeing if someone else can work with you so you can have an actual vacation

Ready reserve is based on the airline that you’re working for and the line of service so you may want to check into both and see if they offer it

It’s based on Availability and seniority but I can also depend on which airline that you choose to work for and how they booked tickets as well for standby employees thanks for subscribing
