Deltarune - Papyrus's Theme if he Ends up Being the Knight

This song was created by me.
Deltarune and Undertale were created by Toby Fox.
I created this because I both liked the Papyrus knight theory and saw that there were no themes for Papyrus as the knight. This song went through a few revisions and reworks over the week that I worked on it. I think that it turned out great, and I hope you think the same!

Considering Deltarune’s themes of freedom and control, I wouldn’t be surprised if the Knight ends up also being controlled by some sort of higher power, which if Papyrus ends up being the Knight would be extremely heartbreaking to see Papyrus being manipulated like Kris is, especially if he sees nothing wrong with it or is too naïve to realize how messed up his lack of freedom is

I think it would be cooler if he wasnt really evil per say but much more serious than UT Papyrus and not only aware about the Deltarune prophecy but actually believing it to be false Would add some pretty cool conflict, imagine if he tried to convince Kris by saying that if they join him he will help them be free from the soul, or that somehow this Papyrus remembers the genocide route in undertale and thats why he is pissed and "mature"

have you ever thought about how Papyrus in Undertale idolizes Undyne, who we see for the very first time in a distinctly knight-like suit of armour? a hybrid of those two designs could absolutely work. @Otame Chaos King isn't the only King though, perhaps Papyrus chose the most competent Kings for every faction, the factions being the types of cards, example being Spade, and after that Chaos King did everything himself since Papyrus leaves, he might respect Papyrus since both seek similar things, Chaos king wanted to expand his kingdom, Papyrus wanted to expand his popularity. Even if we somehow argue that the Knight is unaware of the Roaring despite its full, presumably self-given title being Roaring Knight, there's no realistic way that Papyrus could inspire King's loyalty.

I think its entirely possible that the Roaring isnt an entirely bad thing. We very clearly dont know the full details. All we know is that it results from imbalance in darkness, and causes Darkners to turn to stone. It also "makes Lightners sad" but... thats so incredibly vague that it could mean anything. But that isnt to say it has no benefit. We also know its associated with "The Angels Heaven". We dont know what that is either, but we know Noelle is clearly associated with the angel in _some_ way; Noelle being the one character with the most things on the line, both her missing sister and her ill father. It is possible that an "angels heaven" would benefit her. I personally believe the Roaring Knight will not be a villain, per se. Rather one who goes against our aims due to their own. I believe the Roaring Knight will find themselves completely justified, making a compromise that our characters oppose

If kris was the Knight, King would of not been as hostile towards him, as king is implied to have met the knight, and shows great respect for them.

The Cyber World dark fountain was created after kris and susie enter castle town for the second time, we know this as noelle is sat next to berdly when the kids return to the light world. If the fountain was created before hand, all four of them would be directly next to each other. Same applies if the dark world affected the positions of the light world bodies. It would not be possible for kris to get to the library and open a fountain without the player seeing it. If kris was the knight, they would not be afraid of the first dark world, as seen by them backing away from the closet in the C1 prologue, this on top of the fact that kris and the knight are referred to separately proves kris and the knight are unrelated. Upon learning how to open dark worlds, kris sets up a situation to let who he sees as authority figures see the dark world. That being Toriel and Undyne, napstablook if he's lucky, beating the knight to the dark world could also let them see the knight up close. Kris might be A knight, but he isnt THE knight... yet...
