it's not just me right? The entire demo of deltarune actually makes Susie feel like the protagonist, not Kris. She makes all the relationships, has all of the growth, and makes the majority of impactful "choices" which drive the plot forward. She's even the character who strikes the final blow on King, while Kris actually just feels like he/she is along for the ride. I don't have a problem with this, but I'm actually wondering if Toby intended it to feel this way. Edit: Forgot one more small detail... the name of the party's main battle theme is Rude Buster...as in the name of Susie's signature technique. If that doesn't absolutely scream that she's the important member of the party, I don't know what does. Lol PS: Love your remixes the best of anyone else in the community. Keep up the good work ^^

Wait, now that you said that, it actually makes a lot of sense. Could she be the protagonist from chapter 2-5? Because we saw Kris get controlled by an unknown force. And throughtout the entire chapter"Your choice doesn't matter"

@@samuellinn That exact phrase is definitely what clued me into her being the real protagonist the most. She specifically says "YOUR choices don't matter" in the beginning and while we control Kris, Susie operates autonomously from the start of the game...she can ignore/reject our commands which I think is a HUGE tip. It's only after she finally agrees on her own to listen to the commands of the player through Kris that the growth of her character is complete and the chapter's journey can end. In other words, when she said YOUR choices don't matter, it was likely directed towards the player and not just towards Kris and that her choices do still matter because she's the protagonist/heroine (this is speculation, but I really think this was the overall theme toby was going for).
