It's just kinda crazy how your relationship with the goblins grew so naturally that it feels like it was meant to be, with the tiles just sealing that alliance for good!

The real nice thing about the teleportation circle is they at least have a return address to a safe space, so if they wanted to take some risk, they could just test different combinations to learn different addresses but still be able to return to safety.

​​@@jbloodwoI highly, highly doubt he will ever forgive the club. If they interact, he might let them live long enough to give him as much of the treasure as he can manage (actually, the rod might be a valuable bargaining chip), but you heard what he decided to do with Estelle and The Winedarks simply for not giving him the entire hoard. "Their lives are forfeit." That he would look past such a betrayal is beyond the margins of wishful thinking and into the realm of pure fantasy.

I think I've finally pinpointed one thing that feels so different from all the games I've ever played, where the group has actively pursued allies and good relationships. And you guys tend to be more wary with your trust, but also from the very beginning have a kind of endgame in mind where you are more powerful than anybody else. It's really interesting to see. But I'm also enjoying a moment of people being fans of the AV club in game as you guys well deserve.

Getting caught up...almost there! The AV club no literally has the keys to move around the halls of Arden Vul with the transport tiles. They just need to figure out which key code takes them where! So many possibilities. I loved David's take on the what the tiles will allow them to be a little more riskier Which makes it even more exciting about what the club can do!

While the tiles may seem like a key to the dungeon, knowing AV club, I'm sure the players will just get into more trouble than ever.

Jon a DM question for you. Did you roll to decide if they would get the tiles? Or did you just decide based on the works and gold gift? Also, how do they determine the 'code' for each teleportation circle?

I decided it was a commensurate reward for what the PCs did for the King. Re codes: they’ll need to experiment. They have the codes for two locations: the Goblin Halls and Lady Clementia’s Asylum.
