if that's a "designed run", Wouldn't he be a running back in that situation? And QBs not knowing how to slide is on them. Just like any other position 'not knowing' a part of their job is on them. Take out sliding, all QBs would be forced to learn how to slide real quick, and or dive forward. Making them be accountable for their every play would be good for everyone.

@@RandyPeterson17 He led with his forearm because he was trying to deliver a punishing hit to the ball to force a fumble and prevent a first down. By the time Trevor was actually sliding (not looking like he might start to slide, but actually in a slide) Azeez was already fully committed to the hit and couldn't adjust trajectory.
