@@AL-fl4jk we didn't have "one cream" back in the day because cream was kept in stainless steel little pitchers. sugar was kept in a glass container with a steel top that either had a cone shaped top with an open hole or a slight domed top that had a side/rim hole with a little flap door. mostly people fixed it themselves as they were on all the tables. we used the same items if asked or "to go" but "to go" coffee was only a fraction of what it was then compared to today. plus coffee was cheap-it varied but all under $1. often $.50
