Upgraded 13hp Model 8. Auto-feed. Demo day in Tauranga.
I plan to use this timber for roughly 1km of fencing on my property. The first 3 small logs were sawn into battens/fillets.
Small square notches were then chainsawed out of the base supports so the logs would rest securely within them. Logs were then sawn down to the bark. Slab pile may be seen within the drone footage posted about the same time.

Hi Daniel, this is pine. It’s pretty easy to cut. For will be a little slower but not by much.

Really is a fantastic saw. Once set up and making clean cuts you can certainly get busy producing lumber in a hurry.

When I return from Australia we will be putting together our first 4K promotional footage of the manual mills cutting some nice hardwood.

I'd be done for over size load whenever before I got out of my road where I live. (And the road is sawmill rd). but lit looks like great machine

What kind of wood is that? Looks like a fir, that’s all I have over here and I’m curious as to how fast mine will rip through this stuff once it’s over here.
