super agree! i had a student na sobrang passive at lagi nkaslouch. that time, another student just taught me about mirroring (yes, may student ako na gusto nyako turuan ng behavioral psychology in english lol, salamat sknya haha) back to the passive student... mirroring lang ako lagi sknya, passive, parang bored ang tone of voice... i keep thinking, bakit kaya ako lagi bnbook eh parang lagi naman tong walang interes. Then there was this time na i had to take a break for a few days.... 2nd day plang ng absence ko, nagpm na si passive student at dndemand akong magopen ng slot for him... yikes... but also wow.... powerful tlga ang mirroring. Galingan nyo applicants! Congrats din sa newly hires! Thanks teach sa napakainformative na content mo ☺️☺️👌🏼

Girl, this is very informative. Thank you for the tips. I'm currently onboarding and learned na may demo lesson pa pala after LRC and NTOC. Parang nastress ako after watching the sample video ni Tutor Meg. I thought ganito ba lahat ng teachers sa RareJob, but you cleared my doubts with this video. I'll make sure to follow the sample video for the demo lesson and do my actual lessons my own way.

Pwede naman po follow-up nalang ma'am. may 60-days pa naman sila to comply. Yun nga lang di mak makastart mag teach kasi hindi ma activate ang profile mo if hindi mo pa natapos yun. :D

sa pagkakaalam ko po yung demo lesson is parang part ng onboarding, training po nila. pero interview talaga mag-determine if pasado o hindi. hindi lang po ako sure pero yung din po sabi ng iba. also kasi pakapangit ng demo lesson ko. sure akong kung part ng hiring process yun, bagsak ako don. ahahahahahha pero natanggap din naman.
