I love the way Stefan teaches sequencing and committing to the shapes but not too much at first. I can listen to his videos many times. I also enjoy how relaxed he is and his information is explained so well.

Ah ....i love a si fi vid...we have travelled to the Stefen Baumann alternate universe where we discover an ageless Stefen trapped in the Grand Canyon for eternity. Trapped by choice to teach the world how to paint by light. 😎⛄😎

Thanks for posting this almost a full video. I learned pleinair though your lectures and this lesson in particular helped me a lot to understand composition and lighting.

You always say "paint what you see." Now I also get how you can translate your perception into layers and put it down onto your canvas in the most natural way.
