I admit, I'm disappointed that Prof Nussbaum, the most intelligent person living today didn't have more to say with respect to the current war in the Middle East. 1:50:00 Qualified comments? Comments with the disclaimer she offered? Maybe? Nothing? I think her writings, and past comments on everything from WWII and her changed views on patriotism. civil society, her writings on anger, and her examinations of constitutions as they relate to human rights, suggest she could offer something. Disappointed. BUT-- I mean sincerely when I say this was a great talk and I'm glad she's on the planet.
