@@greg8106 I don’t think that’s how it works, all cases that go to SCOTUS have to go through the lower federal courts first. SCOTUS only oversees 100 cases a year. If the lower courts can stop these cases from getting there, then they are capable of doing big time damage control.

He can't , he needs senate (60 votes) for it, or more time to get rid of the filibuster. And then the appointments need also time. I wish he could, but that would also mean the next one could do the same. (there is no limit on SC judges in the constitution(if i am correct), and i never followed civic class, EU citizen)
