Been a follower of Dirt perfect for a while now you don’t really realize how big the 210 really is until you see it sitting in a basement ripping down 12” walls and flicking the pieces them like pebbles. Then being trucked out single lane private bike paths/ roads. Well done guys well done.

Mr. Michael, my dad used to say (as he threaded his truck & towed grain elevator) that sometimes it just came down to how accurate you positioned your tongue and how firmly your butt was clamped as to if you were going to get in and out without needing a tow truck or leaving your truck until Spring! Masterful job!

Mike, you've got some awesome driving skills there, dude. Nice to know people aren't afraid to call on a friend/competitor/colleague to help get them out of a bind. I'm sorry for the family that was moving in, but I can't help thinking they were going to have other problems with that house given how little rebar was in that concrete. Hope the ribs are healing up well from the bus incident.

Always nice to go and help out a slightly overwelmed friend on a rainy day. You guys got lucky they got cheap on the rebar. Maybe a code inspector got a little loaded handshake 😊 That must have been one heck of a fire. I'm sure the local FD wasn't happy trying to get their trucks up those goat paths. My Dad drove Engine 7 for the city of Flint Michigan and they made communities like that build rebared curbed standard wide streets for just that reason county wide in hilly curved areas. Especially if your in the snow belt. Imagine trying to get a top heavy fire truck in there on those "streets" with them covered in ice and snow. They came up with that after a few firetrucks ended up on their sides on streets exactly like those. Happened to my Dad in the early 60's.

Mike, I know how the house went up. When Kleemen broke the mirror on the C85 down the road, a tiny piece of glass broke off and fell to ground. The sun and the angle of the glass over the years, burned a hole in the house, causing the fire. Years later, we can still blame Captain. What a crazy sequence of events. Boy the was a lot of small roads to get to the job.

A job, very well done. Thirty eight year veteran of the highway, the last thirteen in construction with a major crane company. All I can say is, WOW! Would we expect anything less from an owner/ operator? That, my friend, was a test, and then the rain. When we make it to Derby, I will by you a Pepsi. Keep the video's coming.

Hey Mike. I drove 18 Wheeler's over the road for nearly 35 years and one thing that I found that helps with side windows and mirrors in the rain is believe it or not...Rainx. Didnt work for crap on the windshield but works wonders on the side windows and mirrors. Even in the heaviest of rains (or snow for that matter), it keeps the mirrors clear. I put Rainx on all windows (except windshields) and mirrors on every vehicle I own twice a year and it really is amazing. I know this sounds like an ad, but it really does help.

It’s like building a sailboat in your basement. The site was wide open during the development stage but once the improvements were in place, they paved the final roads just wide enough for 2 cars to get by each other and made intersections with the minimum allowable radius. 🥸👍✅

A shuck they're nothing, I live in the UK and used to drive 40' sometimes 50' articulated lorries around country roads of Devon, Cornwall, Hampshire and Somerset. Am sure there are plenty of U-tube films out there showing just how borrow they are. But saying that Mike did do extremely well, reversing on the blind side is difficult if you don't do it all the time. 🇬🇧🤗👍

You've got to try rain x on all you windshield\side glass, and mirrors... I'm not affiliated with them but it works good(for a little while) . Harder it rains the better you can see, and without wipers even. Cool wind patterns too. Just make sure glass is real clean B4 application, and do several coats. I've had good luck using on helmet shields and glasses worn in rain as well. Good luck...

Man, when you were leaving, that really narrow road you had to drive up looked like a glorified goat trail, & I'm sure it's only one lane! With those steep banks, I'm also surprised they didn't have a bridge for the creek that runs through it! Anyway, good job to all involved. BTW, give my kudos to Aaron for enduring the soaking he got from the rain at the end!

I'll tell ya, if I were a neighbor and found out how little to no rebar was in that concrete, I would be concerned. No wonder the walls were a foot thick. It just might be a blessing for these owners having the fire and having the ins co require the concrete to be demoed. At least it will be built back correctly. Great work getting in, out, and getting the job done.

Watching those front trailer tires scrub on that tight turn in the subdivision made me think back to a job I had where we ran a 6 axle trailer and the front 3 axles would scrub so hard on 1 particular turn we would destroy the tires after 2 runs. When you do upto 3 runs a day it adds up quickly. One of those expenses that have to be accounted for that most customers don't think of. Thanks for bringing us along.

Great job fitting your truck and trailer on those narrow roads. My view is roads that narrow should be illegal. But then again that is Indiana. For the future, you charge at least 5 times the milage for backing on roads like that! I am glad backing up with KLS&C 85 was so much easier. The cars just followed the rail!
