Every time I witness this remake's sound design, I feel like Bluepoint would absolutely nail a Dark Souls 2 remake. This accomplishes so much of what Ds2 was trying to achieve with CRONCH

@@keytoyourfantasy It's really mixed in terms of Level design and it has the worst dlcs in any souls like games but the base game is a lot of fun. You can create really cool caracters with the anime caracter creator and the build variety is good as well.

iirc, Demon's souls is the only one where bow only is actually good. It sucks ass in any of the other Souls games not to mention trying to do the abomination that is pistol-only in Bloodborne.

anyone remember ds2 pvp when bows were so broken you would roll, animation cancel the end, and roll immediately after so you could have enough i-frames to not get hit

@@aaronhumphrey3514 It would be pretty damn dope, sadly it's gonna be pretty difficult to talk anyone into paying for that type of remake since it can't sell consoles for the people funding it. I wouldn't be surprised if we get an updated Bloodborne though, Sony seems pretty well aware of the financial benefits of backing these games.

"Speed-running this..." Okay, in Gates of Boletaria, the Dredglings are a waste of Souls for Arrows. I'd pick off the Knights, and get more Arrows. The Shield Sludges too, but if you shoot every Dredgeling twice, you're not going to get enough out of it to buy back those Arrows. Other areas, it's actually profitable to clear with a bow, for the Souls to buy more arrows. I wouldn't skip the Loot, though. The main problem with Item heavy runs is you spend so much on Items (Like Arrows) that you can't afford as many Levels.
