Theory: The next chapter will show the modern world with the main characters in their reincarnated selves. Bad demons started to emerge again, which will only be eliminated through the powers of Tanjiro and others, which still resides in their reincarnated bodies. I don't think so at least in my opinion. The Kimetsu no Yiba timeline is in early Taishō-era which from 1912-1926. Before Taishō-era was Meiji-era. When Tanjiro was running thought the modern-looking buildings he didn't know about the small city. The Taishō-era was the era where Japan developed stronger democratic institutions and grew international power.
