The zenitsu skill can still kill even without glowing, the glow indicates that the passive 30% of enemy max hp damage will be activated. Anytime it’s glowing like that, the enemy will die, but the skill can still kill even without glowing.

8:27 Quick tip I've recently taken the habit of clicking something else than the one unit that is not stunned Reason is : if I click on it and I fail, the skill stops and I don't even get the chance to reduce the atb of any of the other units While if I click on anybody else the skill will end up on the last one anyway

That thing about Nezuko needing to scle off of HP is so real, and so many units need that. Com2Us need to (among other, many things) stop making it so changing the Skill 2 of say, Dark Gojo also change the one of Fire Gojo. Every skill on every unit SHOULD be that unit's skill only, even if it has the same effect as another in the family. So many units are just trash because they share a busted skill with another incredible unit and thus can't be buffed without buffing another already strong unit, and it sucks.

Not only does the skill 4 of the zenitsu glow, the health of the enemy does aswell. So you can see which monster has 30% or below health and which one doesn't, if you have multiple on low health.
