Sometimes people DO leave, because the Holy Spirit had never been in them. Only God knows a person's heart. I hope they find peace and happiness as well, but guess what? I'm not going to sugarcoat the matter either. And note how I said at the beginning, "It's POSSIBLE." It's evident to me you disregarded that completely. Sometimes the unthinkable happens in life, and we're left wondering why. I will not descend into an argument with you over something that hurts but is still the truth.
