This is not new. It existed from the very moment GGG introduced mobs that used the same effect(and before BV was changed to 20 stacks, it even sometimes caused game to crash if you got hit by it, lol).

It's not only the skill effects. Armor's mtx made a deal too :( Can't play on laptop with any microtr. effects :(
