Patch 29.4.2 Changes Fiery Felblood Changed to a 2/1 otherwise the same. No change to play style. Impulsive Trickster Changed to a 3/3 no other changes. No change to play style. Wrath Weaver Changed to a 1/4 No change to play style. Backstage Security changed the same stat line, but no Battlecry: Deal 1 damage to your hero. Makes this minion MUCH more desirable early game.

What is so frustrating is when you have to keep rolling to get Soul Rewinder. What is amazing is when you hit Soul Rewinder immediately when you get to level 2. That's when I know I'm going demon.

Nah, whenever you get SW, you are guaranteed to get lot of value But your board state would be miserable

Even though I already knew how to play demons, I still wanted to watch this to improve my demon consumption strats. Very happy to report that I came first place playing a consume demon board after watching this video and literally got my golden false implicator to over 600 attack plus 3072 in health, as I had already buffed the shop to over 130 health. Had a bran, a rylak, a golden slimy felblood, then sold the bran and rylak in late game, got a golden draconic deathscale instead, golden shellemental, famished felbat and drakkari enchanter. Almost all my minions literally had 400 health or above. It was crazy! I've never reached such stats before! The consume mechanic is definitely better than damage for sure! Thanks again for your content Heretic! When you’re done with your tribe guides I’d absolutely love to see hero guides from you. You could probably even parcel it out for ease of consumption and editing. “Passive hero powers” “0 cost” “1 cost” “2 cost” “3 cost” etc. I’m sure that the same players who need your guides would LOVE to see someone give some insight into heroes with your enthusiasm.

I have often considered this, but struggled with how to parcel it out there being right around 100 heroes! Via the cost of the Hero Power is a good idea.

Hi Heretic. I thought I had to write a comment to push your channel. This time I would like to suggest something. I am currently between 5500 and 6000 and every time I get close to 6000 I have a few bad games that drop me back down. I compare the game to a cook. When I find my ingredients I can cook incredibly well and always end up in the top 4. However, there are the games where you don't find ingredients or find them too late, so I'd like you to make a video where you go into the pacing, early game defense and upgrading before the game gives you the ingredients you need to cook. A good chef can cook a star menu from just a few ingredients. Turn us into star chefs! Otherwise, keep up the good work!

Hey Heretic, new fan here! Just out of curiosity, do any of your videos talk about how to pivot your strategy or when is or isn’t appropriate to do so? I’ve had so many mid games where I am locked in but the tavern starts feeding me all the wrong cards for my theme or great cards from outside themes and it has cost me in the past.

Theres one busted synergy with cultist T E R O N G O R E F I E L D Because he always destroys a demon, youre always guaranteed to summon your best demon. The hardest part is to pull this combo to late game since teron is basically worthless in non token/deathrattle comp

What would you say is the best blend of both of those builds?

The best would be building towards watchers/Ticho build and then get lucky with some early tavern scaling. Then hit on Felbat. At that point, just cycle demons as needed. Now there can be some crazy interactions with impulsive trickster if you have a way to scale it starting early, so i like to use it when I can, but usually can't make it work. But I've had some wacky builds that used it that beat the aforementioned for sure

I really do not like blending either of these builds, but when I have it was because I was staying at tier 4, and cycling Slimy, and Fiery which already would trigger my self damage units, and having a False Implicator. I do not like to do this though if I can help it as board space is already difficult in the self damage build, and you could find faster scaling units, or units that would make your others scaling units get far bigger then the Implicator likely is going to get. Felbat would be a never for me here as he is far too slow, and tiering to 6 would be a waste of gold.
