I have been to many churches, wonderful churches, and my own local church is a Holy Spirit filled church where everyone prays in tongues and prays for healing and casts out demons and yes... there have been demons in all of them. It's sad to see how little spiritual discernment people have in the church and when they do see something demonic they are afraid to do anything about it. "THROW THAT MAN OUTSIDE TO SATAN!". That's straight out of the Bible people. Unrepenting believers should not be in the church. "PURGE THE EVIL FROM AMONG YOU!". Get the bride cleaned up. When they repent, they can come back. Till then get out. What does the light have in common with the darkness? You can't sit at the table of the Lord and demons.

This video popped up into my feed and the first time I have seen a video of yours. I became Christian last year after leaving the Jehovah's Witnesses and divorcing my wife, Jesus saved me. Puts things into perspective as you described everything that happened to me when I was married. Being a JW, we never had God in our marriage and things were smooth so as long as you toed the line as a JW. During my tenure as a JW I had my best friend start an affair with my wife and betray me, I forgave her but things never went away and I was continually blamed for her and his actions. Later, I was struggling as a JW and trying to figure things out and that is when my marriage really got worse and begin to fall apart. She then sexually assaulted me once and months later her anger led her to physically abuse me. I never thought about it in these terms and it makes so much sense. Thank You

I’m so happy to see Godly men taking a stand for truth. Praise God! Yes the enemy sends agents on assignment into churches. That’s why you have churches bowing to doctrines of demons calling it tolerance. The church is missing a step at the alter call. I’ve sat in church for decades and I’ve never once heard a pastor tell new believers their spiritual weapons. I learned from Derek Prince books and you tube. The church needs to send new believers out the door with spiritual warfare tools, and how to protect themselves with the blood of Jesus and know their weapons. The weapons are the word of God praying the word the scripture Ephesians 6 to 10 psalm 91 Isaiah 54:17. After you accept Jesus you need to renounce all demonic alters and strongholds off of your life, and renounce and rebuke all demons attached to those alters and renounce and rebuke bloodline curses and witchcraft, and renounce any sins you can think of off your life you knowingly did and or unknowingly did and turn from your sins and keep Gods commandments. This may be something you have to do daily. You are safe under Gods wings and covered by the blood of Jesus. May you be blessed. Amen

Our church hired a new pastor after almost two years of having interim pastors cycling through. We were doing great, the church was growing and everyone stepped up to participate. When the new pastor came in, he slowly started damaging it. At one business meeting I saw him sitting back with his arms crossed, grinning as church members began arguing heatedly. Soon after, I left the church due to the growing theological and human problems that were becoming evident. Unfortunately, the church imploded a couple of weeks ago, with members actually fighting over whether they should hold a halloween trunk or treat in the parking lot. The pastor was at the head of the "we should do it because the kids expect a halloween celebration" camp. It was heart wrenching that the issue even came up, but it was clear that this pastor had brought in a spirit that brought everyone else's evil out to play. It was hard to have that come from someone claiming to be called to pastor, but even harder to watch people I love and worked with for years in Shalom, totally lose their grounding in God and scripture, turning the church into nothing more than a social club. I'm in a house church now with other former members of the church and it is a wonderful, God centered group. We may not have the church building, but we certainly have kept the church spirit. I pray for those who are in our old church now and following that wolf in sheep's clothing.

I never saw the love of God in the church. I've heard good sermons, but the people themselves were full of self righteousness, judgementleness, lust, jealousy, ect. A married deacon with two children actually came in to me. I've seen so much gossiping amongst bible study teachers, support group leaders, ect. People thought I was so wrong when I said God didn't want me in church anymore and to seek him on my own. It was the best decision I ever made. Many are called, few are chosen. Hell is full of "church goin' folk", including pastors, bible study teachers, ect.

Often its is merely (merely!) the plague of our own hearts (as Christians) that is manifest. This is why Christians must still confess sin. Now Mark 1:21-28 does give an example of a church person who was possessed by an unclean spirit, and interestingly, the unclean spirit seems to assume that the rest of the congregation is with him rather than with Jesus (v. 24, What have you to de with US?'). It is essential to preach the gospel to church people.

This happened while I was in church, a church go or was outside and got locked out of his car, and while it started to rain a little, he started using the F word, using the F word the cuss out his children, as it was their fault that the door got locked and he was using a coathanger. I’ve given up on attending church. I listen to sermons & study the Bible on my own. The Baptist Church we’ve been attending for the past 3 years since we moved here is very weak. MacArthur calls these types of churches “seeker friendly”. The same exact salvation message week after week. You don’t dare make any suggestions!

As a teenager I never thought I’d be addicted to it for so long, but one day at a time, I fed that sin, and now its grip on me is strong. Get it into their minds that it’s wrong, and at least they’ll turn to God and ask forgiveness. I’ve always appreciated Mark Driscoll even if I don’t agree with him on everything. However it is improper to say that a Christian had a “manifest moment” because Christians (the Elect) have the indwelling Presence of the Holy Spirit in us. 1 John 4:4. With the Spirit of the Living God indwelling us, demons or evil spirits CANNOT come inside…period. The Lord Jesus Christ has bound the strong man (satan) according to Matthew 12:22-30. When Christians sin, it is because of remaining corruption and warfare against sin and we await the redemption of our bodies. Ephesians 1:11-14 and Romans 8:23 and Galatians 5:16-26. I'm an atheist and go to church every week because I live in a very conservative area and am a member of the "good 'ol boys club" for my small community so I basically have to in order to keep up appearances. If a person has been abused, the result can be trauma, fear, or anger. Those negative emotions are open doors for demonic access. Perpetrators and victims can both be demonized - it’s a tactic of Satan to continue to spread evil.

Good point, and i also dont go to church because i cant find anyone who seems truly born again, like i am (5-11-2019 2pm), to fellowship with, and because they dont want to praise God or talk about God or do serious Bible study or draw closer to God; rather, they just want to talk about their physical woes: its all we talk about, all we pray about; its like being in s hospital ward; i learned more about everyone’s surgeries and broken ankles and cancers and their cousin’s neighbor’s mom’s brain surgery, and their aunt in another state’s sciatica than i ever did about JESUS.
