Actually rakshasa isn't a supernatural demon.They were a race lives in current Sri Lanka.Those were humans.Ravana is one of them.And we Sri Lakan Sinhalese are decsedents of Rakshasa .They were so talented in technology .So Hindus depict them as a supernatural beings who are opposed to Dharma as they were oppose to the Indian kingdoms lie ayodhya .
