I’ve gotten some fades to be truly proud of with an office job but it required two key ingredients - a little more time (2 years) and an office culture that embraces wearing jeans every day. 10 years ago when I couldn’t wear jeans to the office and only got to wear them on weekends and evenings, I would never get much fading at all.
