Hiii Im so glad your still here an exercising.Ive used your talents at fitness an exercise all my life. Things have changed thru the years an when im thinking i need to get more fit an heathy in my older age. For many years Denise has helped keep me fit n positive. I started in 2006. Try all of her many workouts. She also has videos w her daughter Kelly..mother- daughter for all ladies out there..remember YOU ARE WORTH IT💙

Denise Austin certainly has nice looking legs. Watch Denise move her hips around. I like it when Denise said,"That's it. Come on." Denise is absolutely getting into it.

you will lose wight eating healthy alone, legit I started my Special K diet two days ago and I already lost a pound and a half! I'm starting to do this workout every day and I know i'll lose wight ! Good Luck :)

MY stomach started getting flatter and my pants were starting to fall off. My arms got toner. I did the Pilates challenge for the most part. I cut down on what I ate.

No, it's more of toning, so that's more of burning fat than gaining muscle. Exercises where there's no weights or resistance equipment are calisthenics and tone rather than make you bulk.

in some of her other pilates videos, she mentions to go at your own pace; you take it slow at first and keep working your way up so that you can go as fast as her :)

If your familiar with Ms. Austin she has been around for years and has always been fit and she has always had fit, but thick legs. Not everyone meant to be thin/slim or skinny but in shape is the goal. Happy working out.
