Can never go wrong w/ Denise, but this is easily one of her best - more fast-paced than some of her others/traditional Pilates workouts, this one gets your heart rate up a bit plus stretching & thorough but simple instruction. Great workout- would recommend to anyone

I've been doing this workout for a few months, and it is effective at sculpting and strengthening the lower half. It also provides enough upper body and core work to create a balanced physique.

This is a fantastic workout! Really got my heart rate going and challenged me hardcore - but I feel amazing! Great job Denise :)

Well, was going to do an easy yoga routine - this wasn't easy, I am sweating a little after this! But worth it! I love how she doesn't stop and "prepare" us for the next move, but just keep on going - makes me push harder when I don't know what's up in a minute!

This workout was great. I felt muscles being used that I haven't used since my last tennis season! Definately doing it three times a week.

Thank you Denise... I love that you made the yoga more paced since I love the body yoga provides but hate holding positions too long...(I get bored, cant help it). Overall GREAT JOB AND GREAT BODY!

Wow this was more intense than I thought! Great mix of yoga and Pilates. Definitely more suited for intermediate/advanced.

If I did this 3 times a weeks, how long would it take to see the effects of the workout? Can anyone tell me?

i really depends on your fitness level now and how you are eating.. best guess would be about two weeks or so!

Although Denise's workout's aren't my favourite, as her voice irritates me and I prefer practices with a little more focus on breath and relaxation, I do find them very effective for body toning - so, thank you for this :)

My wrists always end up hurting when I do the on the floor movements? Can anyone help with this?

Same here it's probably because you put all the weight on your wrist while it is supposed to go on the muscles try to harden your muscles and it should be fine.

Does this help burn fat? Cause I can easily complete this workout, I'm not sure if it helps to lose weight if it's not challenging enough :(

good workout for your buns, not sure about it being called yoga though. Other than the sun salutation and warrior pose it is hard on the buns, and not a relaxing yoga workout. I loved it, but don't do this if you're expecting to relax.
