Can never go wrong w/ Denise, but this is easily one of her best - more fast-paced than some of her others/traditional Pilates workouts, this one gets your heart rate up a bit plus stretching & thorough but simple instruction. Great workout- would recommend to anyone

I've been doing this workout for a few months, and it is effective at sculpting and strengthening the lower half. It also provides enough upper body and core work to create a balanced physique.

Well, was going to do an easy yoga routine - this wasn't easy, I am sweating a little after this! But worth it! I love how she doesn't stop and "prepare" us for the next move, but just keep on going - makes me push harder when I don't know what's up in a minute!

Although Denise's workout's aren't my favourite, as her voice irritates me and I prefer practices with a little more focus on breath and relaxation, I do find them very effective for body toning - so, thank you for this :)

Same here it's probably because you put all the weight on your wrist while it is supposed to go on the muscles try to harden your muscles and it should be fine.

good workout for your buns, not sure about it being called yoga though. Other than the sun salutation and warrior pose it is hard on the buns, and not a relaxing yoga workout. I loved it, but don't do this if you're expecting to relax.
