The best part of Denise's instructional videos I find is her genuine serene calm and encouragement. It is completely disarming in it's kindness. She doesn't demand anything of you, but gently encourages you to improve yourself.

I used to get up at 5 every morning just for Denise's daily workout on fit tv. I miss that so very much but thanks to these videos I can still start my day with that Blessed personality. Praise God! Hard to believe they don't still have a channel totally devoted to workouts. Fit tv was awesome. I used to work out all day as I couldn't just watch. I had a 2 year old and lost all my baby weight plus. I got down to a 0 in jeans, plus I was doing Atkins now it's keto and IF. I recently had both my knees partially replaced and stopped smoking so I gained almost 80 lbs but I'm proud to say I've lost 30 just by walking but now I'm able to do anything but jumping or getting on all fours so I modify a lot. It's good to be back. Thanks Denise !

Each exercise is shown very easily done and well connected to each other from start to finish feels like it should not end at all. Each yoga has been done with concentrating on each part of the body. Good exercise I loved it. Thanks a lot.

I'm as beginner as they get and this is video was really awesome, I was able to do all the workouts without having to invent an easier alternative for myself. I don't have much muscle so another video I found I couldn't do some of the workouts but this one was perfect for me! Will def be redoing and you definitely work up a sweat!

Thank you for this amazing video (even though the background music is a little bit distructing). Great yoga workout. I did a 30 minutes pilate and a bit Jillian's yoga workout before coming here. Despite I'm a beginner, both in pilate and yoga, I was still able to finish it. The only problem is that in some moves my wrist hurt.

How many days a week should I do this? I sometimes, do core and aerobic exercise on other days. But I'm not sure how many times I should alternate.
