@@CarolineHirons Truly. And yes, head colds make it worse! I find steaming regularly and using NeilMed sinus rinse and a nasal spray when a headcold comes on can really help kee the vertigo at bay.

I am not from the UK so I wasn’t familiar with Mrs. Denise Welch but oh my god what a woman. The way she meticulously described what depression is and does is something I have always felt, but was never able to put into words as eloquently as she did. Such a vital discussion to be had anytime anywhere. Absolutely brilliant 🙌🏻

What an absolute NATIONAL TREASURE Denise Welch is... I know that title is batted about too often these days but she really is - not only for her incredible talents, but also for her support against mental health

Oh my god I’ve just had to stop this when Denise talked about the metallic taste in her mouth and the pins and needles feeling in her hands. This is exactly what happens to me when my depression takes hold. It’s also a sign of an oncoming anxiety attack for me. That was how my husband knew something was wrong and without saying a word he would just gently take hold of my hand and start walking away from whatever place or situation I was in. I’ve never heard anyone else explain it like this and was starting to think it was just me. Thank you Denise ❤

What a great interview. I could listen to her life stories all day. She's one of my favourites on Loose Women. I love the honesty about her depression. This lady has truly lead an extraordinary life. I'm so glad she's clean and happy now. ❤

The description of the first depression experience was outstanding. I’ve listened to Denise describing her experience for years but this was so informative. Thank God for her Mum that day and the time she was there, ❤️❤️

Very interesting to hear about Denise’s medical history. It’s sad how the medical profession let her down. There’s got to be better alternatives. 🙏🏽

I think it’s less living in an ultra PC world but more so that we see EVERYONES opinion now, especially when the show is mostly watched by people sat at home in the middle of the day or the out of context clips on social media
