I have been working out with you for two weeks and already see inches from my body I love these workouts because I'm a person that gets very busy sometimes and I do the five-minute sometimes but I am so happy to do this with you because you encourage others while we are working out together in the video and that's what I need I love this I love you working out I am going to try to get the one whole year membership with you so I can also eat healthy and get recipes right now I'm trying my best to eat a diet also and I workout every week I had been trying for a long time to work out by myself at home and I couldn't but I found you I don't remember how and now I work out just about every day from Monday through Friday and get weekends off thank you Denise Austin I love you keep on the good work

love this I do 2 workouts so I at least get 40 min in if not I add the treadmill to my work out . I am becoming more motivated to work out in the morning . Thank you so much for getting me motivated again
