i love the scene where izzie's trying to call denny to show up. she sounded so desperate to see him.

The pain in Izzie eyes when Denny appears to her was so sad and Bailey's expression when she realized that its true was so sad . especially considering how exciting she was about the wedding

I love JDM in this episode. Yes, he is death here..patient, calm, relentless. He knows eternity is coming up for Izzy. I also understand why Izzy is nasty, bitchy, and cranky. She knows Denny represents death and she is fighting for every ounce of life she can hold onto with all her might. She wants more time and to squeeze every bit she can out of time with Alex before it's too late. She resents having to let go of her life and she resents Denny as death.

it’s sad to say she had denny when she really had him. but after she took her time married alex but in the end she gets to be w denny❤️

I kind of hate how Izzie acts towards Denny. When she lost him she was heart broken and then when he shows up again and is there for her when she needs him, when she is about to die. She just treats him like crap and reminds him that she's with someone else. Really sucks, Denny deserved his happy ending with his bride.

Denny wasn't there to help Izzie..Denny was there to take Izzie..Death was coming for her with no hope to survive and it wore Denny's face..Do you understand what I am saying,right?!

Alex was never her second choice,she dated Denny because Alex hurt her that’s the reason,let’s be honest she barely knew Denny while Alex she knew absolutely every part of him especially his badly part
