Thanks for all your free information! Convinced me to get over myself and get a checkup, cleaning and exam. Your cavity filling video was very reassuring, as of today I'm cavity free and a little lighter in the wallet 😂! Hopefully it stays that way with all your hygiene tips! I can't believe I didn't know about this channel! You've been super helpful and motivated me to add to my routine, water flossing is a godsend. I had trouble adapting to it the first few tries. I practically sprayed my bathroom with it! Not only did it clean in between my teeth. but apparently managed to remove some debris stuck at a corner of one of my bathroom walls. 😂 10/10
