The judge ticked me off in this one. She was so rude to the plaintiff (who was totally telling the truth) and so nice to the defendant (who was clearly in the wrong). I'm glad she at least ruled fairly.

As a former lyft driver, they don’t tell us how far these people are going until they get in our car and we hit that “Start ride” button

Anyone notice the defendant kept closing his eyes in that smug way.

If defendant is that fragile, he's not going to be able to handle medical school.

I wonder if the judge has since realized that she was totally wrong in the Uber destination situation.

She was DEAD WRONG with the Uber rides. The driver can cancel, before the actual ride, when he sees where he is going after the passanger is in the car. Clear as water. Judge is so clueless!

The plaintiff was telling the truth I do Uber eats delivery and I don't know where the food go until I go to the restaurant and say I got the food then it tells me where to deliver it to

Even if he accepted the job he still has every right to end up declining whether he knew it was a 10-minute Drive 4-Hour Drive ahead of time.

I worked for Postmates which was bought by Uber and the drivers don't see where the order is going until it's accepted.

Uber Diamond driver here and the plantiff is correct, when u first start off driving for Uber, you dont have the opportunity to see the destination before hand. You have to get to platinum status or higher to be able to have that feature. Its Uber's way of making drivers work harder for incentives

I can't believe the defendant, I change my mind now I hope the defendant loses for being such a liar such an idiot

The judge was not nice to the Uber driver! She took the other guys BS because he was studying to be a doctor?

OUTRAGEOUS that she just assumes she knows how the uber app works for driver's just because it doesn't sound logical to her. That angered me SO MUCH!!!

When I got into my car accident the police refused to give me the lady's information. He said I had to pull it off the internet when the crash report was available. Which I knew he could've given me that info.

I can’t finish this one. I don’t like how nasty she is being towards the plaintiff

I usually agree with this judge but she needs to actually to ask her next uber driver

HATED the judges take on this one. She favoured the "poor med school student" from the very start and shamed the uber driver at every opportunity even though he did nothing wrong. She was elitist, and it was DISGUSTING!!! This is why those private school kids get away with so much in the justice system!! They're all birds of a feather!! The privilege is just oozing throughout this case😡😤

I echo what everyone said…he was telling the truth. It’s unfortunate, that sometimes the truth just sounds so ridiculous it is unbelievable to imagine. Only the ones experiencing the fact, understands the truth.
