I probably wouldn’t rely on crystal deodorant for a heavy workout, but it definitely works on a normal day. Just wet the stone in the sink right after a shower, swipe one underarm 30 times or until you start feeling friction, then wet it again and repeat on other arm. Wash it off and leave to dry until next use. I’m a fat guy with hyperhidrosis. If it works for me, then it’ll work for you. It’s just important that you apply it correctly.

The crystals do work but you have to really wash ur armpits before hand until the sweat smell is gone then put it on while your pits are wet but dont expect to do an intense workout and have it completely mask the smell it might but dont expect that its more casual
