Very happy to see any new content from you! Was following all your modeling/sculpting projects the anime girl was amazing. I hope I can one day sculpt at least a finished head. It seems like it'd be easy I've been drawing characters forever but it is awkward and if you don't keep at it you go back into zbrush like WHAT?. lol Look forward to seeing more from you your airship composition is beautiful love the airy pastel vibe/design!

Thank you for the support! I really appreciate it! 😊 I also hope that you will achieve your goals some day. Don’t forget that progress takes time, but as long as you keep at it, you are bound to succeed! Good luck!

Wooo awesome video, your sculpts are wonderful and I'm so happy I got to see them every day for a month :) Impressed you got through the fatigue too, I would've totally given up after a few days haha Your approach to designing is superb, just trying and testing things until it clicks. That's what designing is all about, moving things and making new versions until you find the right combination. You're already well off for designing faces, I'm looking forward to your progress over time (with characters, environments, etc.) :) Thanks for the video!!

These days I mostly use Daz3D for my models and renders, but I do make morphs and sculpts for them in Blender to make my characters somewhat different. I get a buzz from making something that just works after a lot of trial and error, so I can understand what you were trying to say in this video. Your ideas for the airship gave me some inspiration also. It was something I had thought of a decade or more ago, but I should try it sometime too!

This is something i am trying to do aswell, i am currently working on my axe with quite little motivation but now i am trying to like add a story to it. Like who uses these axes, where do they come from, what do they do. And with that i am planning on designing character to motivate me a bit more (which did work) and improve my 2d drawing skills that are terrible atm (might share the concept in the discord if i think they look alright xD). Then ofcourse make it in blender make background which fits the story, and it will look amazing :D

I been studying and sculping heads for around a year and I have not made decent progress. I feel like I wasting my time at this point, I wish I could get better but for some reason I can't apply what I learnt into my sculpts.

It takes a lot of time to get good at sculpting. I can only recommend to mix things up from time to time. Try different practicing methods, change something about your working environment, of find someone new to work with. All these things can inspire you and eventually lead to a breakthrough 🙌

May i know the specs of your computer? Is ryzen 5 5600 or ryzen 5 5600x good enough for beginners sculpting?
@DanielKreuter

Absolutely good enough! My PC is already 5 years old and wasn’t even the fastest back then. Nothing to worry about!
