If they not providing right hours then you have come through a company which is not legit and deep down you will know that so it be a risk you have to decide if you want to take

So i decided better not to take the risk. And he is asking the half of money at the registration . Cant take a chance because the reality of the care giver field is so uncertain in UK right now. If the company has been banned it means it was not legit and will not release a COS to a banned company. Only they can challenge the decision

You just have to apply for lots of jobs in companies who are happy to sponsor. Try on indeed as well. Devon and Cornwall are good areas for healthcare jobs. Good luck.
