Deported Afghan refugees return from Germany

Germany has started deporting Afghan asylum seekers under a controversial deal with their government.
While thousands are expected to be returned, those already sent back say they fear for their safety.

Not providing help to people in danger is a felony in my country. I am against the west interference abroad but it seems that at this stage probably there is no other solution than protecting Afghans from other Afghans. It seems a huge percentage of Muslims, unable to cope with modernity, and obsessively shocked with the existence of women`s sexuality are decided to kill anyone willing to move on from Biblical stages of civilization to the next steps of the human journey.

I'm not a fan of such cultural practices like Bacha bazi or Nikah Shighar. Both are disgusting practices. Also the covering of women with a Chadri and the fact that more than 50% of girls at the age of 12 are married off, is a little sickening. The food is good though..

The German asylum law was written in the early 90's with the clear intention to make it almost impossible for people to be granted asylum in Germany. First of all: Nobody that passed through an EU country or a country that has been declared safe has the right to be granted asylum. The second point is, that asylum is a right for an individual and only for someone who's personally persecuted. If you are obeying this law literally, someone from a war-torn country has no right to be granted asylum, because the risk of dying is not higher for him, than for anyone in this country. War is not a legitimate reason to receive asylum in Germany. It's weird, but it's our constitution and a government must always obey the constitution.
