Key word: “she” Women are routinely given a free pass by the system, the fact that this trial is even happening in the first place is proof of that fact. This is a result of todays culture and the assumption that men are “guilty until proven innocent” when they are accused of violence towards women.

Every time I see JD's behaviour, I am more and more impressed. Coulda knocked me down with a feather when he stopped to greet the Court Reporter as he walked into the court - - that is the lady who becomes almost invisible to everyone, typing away through the whole of every hearing. JD really does have the most beautiful manners in the way he treats others. They say 'Manners maketh the man', and JD is a wonderful example of that.

I don't know about anyone else, but I'm watching my life with a narcissist unfold in this trial. It is an incredible relief that the world is finally seeing that these people exist and that their goal in life is to create chaos and to torture their victims for as long as possible. It is not just you she is a farce , on one of her objections she actually retracted her objections because the witness started to say that she thought Amber and Johnny looked happy when the manager of johnny's island was asked how the couple's affect seemed to her, amber's lawyer jumped to object because she thought the manager was going to say something negative about the couple's demeanor It was painfully obvious to anyone why amber's lawyer just flipped her hand and said she is not objecting after all after she heard the beginning of the manager's answer , but this allows the questionning into the couple's demeaner open further down the road Amber's lawyer has no scruples ,

I think all of her “writing” is just to give herself something to do when she looks particularly bad at any given moment. Who knows what she’s writing…it could be Johnny’s so mean to me over and over again or the sky is blue…who knows? Her face looks like a giant pout the whole time anyway…although in all fairness it would be really hard to know what to do with one’s face in those circumstances. She’s looking really bad and has to know that public opinion is now overwhelmingly against her. The more testimony I hear about how she refused to separate during an argument by all these people reminds me so much of similarities of my abusive relationship. They really don’t like to separate to cool down (probably because they don’t want you to realize anything). They want you to stay there as if they can convince you of something. I really believe Johnny Depp. If I for one second thought he was an abusive person, I’d stop following his career. I’ve done it to other famous people. Is this cross examination trying to determine if they should be interested in buying this property or are they trying to defend their client. Again, seriously, these questions are just absurd. Did it rain often, was their grass cut each week, how long did it take them to walk to get food.. OMG.. is this really the quality of legal council and representation now..? They are so desperate to loosely create a narrative that might possibly help their case. This witness is there to discuss what she “does” know and not for example, how many times JD or AH wiped their Arse in the bathroom.

FYI, the attorneys for AH are the DEFENSE, so they do not have to prove anything. So far, we've only seen the PLAINTIFF'S case, which means these witnesses testify in favor of the plaintiff JD & then AH's attorneys just cross examine. Later, AH's attorneys will have an opportunity to call witnesses to testify for her, when the defense presents its case. Most of what AH's attorneys are doing now is just meant to show that the witnesses may have personal interest in giving biased testimony, or they're not experts, etc. The only purpose of a cross examining attorney mentioning that a witness is paid by the other party is to show that they have a financial interest in testifying in favor of their boss. That's it.

Tara Roberts's testimonial was excellent. It gave us a great insight as to how life went on at Johnny Depp's Private island. We learned how the houses are installed and uninstalled according to the periods and visits that Johnny, his family, and his friends visit it. We see how everything is made so that the properties and locations on it are in good condition and are not abandoned when Johnny and others are absent. And that there are people working daily on the island to maintain it in good condition allows a proper security against intruders or malevolent people. And as we can see in this testimonial, Johnny is managing his team and crew in excellent salary and work conditions. Which shows how much he is a great boss and it explains why people continue working with him for many decades. As to the situation with Amber, it is clear how the minute she appeared, that woman made the location not so much of a pleasant place for everyone, but rather her centre of the universe; where even though Johnny managed the place, she imposed her whims and fits there and allowed her parasite friends to be on the island. It is nice also that Tara spoke of the incident that happened between Paul, his son, and Amber. It confirms again what Johnny reported in his testimonial. As for Amber's lawyer, well she shows how much she asks irrelevant questions and then tries to exploit incidents that occur by mentionning details while neglecting crucial elements that explain everything. I mean, using in Court an incident that Johnny was found lying on the ground, to claim that it is because of alcohol, while omitting that he had been sleeping on his hammock, that the hammock had overturned, that Johnny fell and was lying on the ground still asleep, and needed some proper help and health care treatment, that's really reaching low for an attorney. Good thing that Johnny's attorney settled this matter straight by asking Tara what happened and she explained everything. Personally, if I was a member of the jury, I would instantly see how Amber's attorneys are dishonest and unreliable.

I find it amusing that AH is constantly writing on her legal pads as though she is a lawyer and passing notes to her lawyers. As if she is trying to control their actions. Whereas, JD allows his attorneys to do their job while having an occasional conversation between them. Just my thoughts but it appears that she is trying to act self-important.

What I learned from this past winter is that any time I'm angry in a relationship, it's almost always me recognizing that I'm putting up with b.s. that I shouldn't and feeling awful at being put last, etc. Gotta love yourself first ❤ Amber girl, you're a mess!

Can people not see that she's a high maintenance spoiled toddler that is holding on because she's still wants Johnny's money and lifestyle? So painfully obvious what she's doing.. What she has been doing to him. Classic definition of succubus. AND, rushing into marriage etc is always a red flag and usually suggested by unstable people to distract from their instability. Very common as seen her where none of JDs close people knew there would even be a wedding.

I am an amputee with chronic pain, I have nothing to my name, a piece of land that I can't afford to build on, I live in a very old unsuitable house for my needs but i have my dog who loves me unconditionally. It may sound niave but on days that I get up and see the sun rising, birds singing, these are great days. I would (i am sure many would echo my sentiment) give anything access to funds to make a better life for myself and many i see around me.
