WOW this is phenomenal!! I love Scourge's design so much! It's very shadow-like. The fact that we can't see Scourge's mouth most of the time - only his eyes - makes him look all the more eerie. This AMV is super well done!!

I love how the part when scourge is underwater with other cats, it reminded me so much of his siblings taunting him about unwanted kittens get thrown into the river! overall this entire amv is so PRETTYYY

I feel like scourge deserved so much more, I mean- yes I know he turned out to be a villain but he also had a really depressing backstory as well and is such an interesting character all around. This AMV is definitely stunning though! I love the character designs and the song choice. Absolutely perfect!

This is hands down, the best scourge AMV i have ever seen. The creativity, how Scourge lives up to his old namesake, (usually being ignored and depicted as rather large anyway despite being named tiny), yet still being ominous and powerful as depicted. The seemingly, endless landscape of blood as Scourge commits his actions, and lives through his trauma. These designs are the most unique i have ever seen. Scourges design shows off his piercing eyes and firestars design looks so regal.

GOD there are sooo many "small" little points that just drive my nerves in the best way, idk how to explain it. but this is so beautiful. I dont wanna go into everything cos id be here all day, but the biggest thing that drives me so wild (in a good way) is like.. almost how Firestar comes off like the bad guy here? Like yeah, Scourge isn't good, and probably sees Fire as his enemy (and ofc this is his POV so yeah..), but this AMV does such an amazing job at depicting Scourge in a way where he is wrong and brutal, but raised in the most confusing way possible- He's lost, he's hurt. etc etc. This feels like a reflection of how Firestar sees NOTHING in him in an ironic way to his character otherwise, Firestar might see him degraded into a mere monster, no thought, he only deserves to go. and it gives this intense conflicted feeling because Firestar is meant to be this understanding cat, loving and forgiving. Begging and fighting for a reason why a cat acts like they do and hope for change in said cat. But he sees Scourge and his instant thought is fear and "we need to get rid of this THREAT asap" and it still makes sense that he DOESNT like Scourge!! he knows nothing about him! Scourge has only presented as cold, calculated, cruel, mysterious, etc to him- and likely?? if Fire were to question and try to dig into him, try to come up with an understanding, Scourge would NEVER give him an inch. He HAS to be brutal. He can't show any softness, because to him, softness is weakness. So there is no reasoning with Scourge. Fire isn't even in the wrong necessarily here, but it's such a scary side to see of him because of how he is otherwise.. Idk I just love it. Esp at the Firestar parts!!

I love the contrast between red and blue in his eyes! It kinda reminds me of that line in the book where he acknowledges this “cold” and lets it consume him. The cool colors take over the entire eye except for a glaring red pupil. Also love the way it comes full circle, this is truly unique!

I love your Scourge design so much!! Somehow the muted color palette, the melody and the overall eerie feeling made it kind of seem like Scourge couldn't feel much in the end. Like it was all through such thick defenses that he has built for himself over the years and experienced it all from behind those walls instead of really living through everything. Idk if this makes sense but I loved it all!
