Lively potential has me super hyped! Now, I don't think Lively is gonna be Hakeem lvl defense or anything like that, but what he has me hyped about is that he looks to be able to do a bit of everything. He's primarily gonna be a known defender, which is super fine. But what I'm hyped is he has the potential to be able to stretch the floor, be able to somewhat guard on the perimeter, i wont say playmake but be able to make quick passes outside down in the post. All while having the ideal physical size for a center.

If he can continue to play smart and stay outta foul trouble, we got ourselves a winner!

@9:55 Agree 💯 In today's NBA you need a big that is a versatile defender like Nic Claxton than just a traditional true big! Hope lively doesn't lose his quickness while spending time in the gym. Though I want him to rather improve his ft percentage first than 3pts shooting so he can't be hack by opponents on crunch time

If Dwight Powell is the starting center, this will be one of the worst front courts in the league

Before dubbing this kid as something more than Tyson Chandler, it might be a bit overhyped. I'll wait and see a few games before making a judgment and crowning him the next Tyson Chandler. For all we know, he might just be another player in the mold of Willie Cauley-Stein!

Always a possibility. But Tyson’s mentorship and this staff’s propensity for developing young talent gives me hope he’ll be closer to Tyson than WCS.

The guy hasn't even played an NBA game yet and you fools want to try and compare him to Chandler? lol

He’s a failed college player, his ceiling is not Tyson, there are dozen players like him now and all are fringe players. You can’t get 6 pts per game in college, he’ll be out of league in 3 years
