Amen my True brother in Christ! I was taking medication for PTSD/Depression and anxiety. I prayed and started going back to the gym. Making prayer and the Iron my staples. I stopped taking ALL the medication now I feel so much better. Love you brother

The transformation that has occured whrn he switched from 212 to open is so very impressive. He is only 29 years old as well so he has almost 10 years left in his career before age takes him out. The only thing holding him back is his height. He is only 5'6" tall. If you put him next to somebody of similar size but the other competitor is 6' or taller it is EXTREMELY difficult to look better.
