This is so epic. The way he just tossed up 405 with ease for 12 on those best rows and then slapped 10 45's on the bar and just yanked them up for 10 like it was nothin. Then proceeds to do 200 lb one arm db rows after that....I mean its no wonder his back was so massive, but my God he was unbelievable. If this don't motivate you to train...

I have seen this man is person let me tell you I weighed 280 off season and he made me look like a baby still to this day I haven’t seen to many people with this kind of conditioning from top to bottom and side to side. I wish more bodybuilders now would suffer more and then we could watch something special like Ronnie Colman did. Here we are in 2024 still nothing yet like this. Ronnie your are definitely a great Mr Olympia that so far haven’t seen anyone touch yet.

This new generation wants quick gains and they jump on the stock as soon as they start training. Ronnie was natural for a very long time and I believe it made a big difference when he decided to jump on the stuff. But some exercise Ronnie was doing were very unhealthy for his back.

Ive noticed something between most of the greats of bodybuilding. Most of them never trained till failure... they would get close and then stop right before. There may be something to that? Maybe thats why they could do so much more volume in their workouts.

Atrocious based on what? He just uses some momentum from the legs and hips, but his back never caves over. That said though, I believe the injuries had set in by this point and training was becoming more and more hampered, you can see he looks uncomfortable, having to stand very straight all the time and have weights handed to him, deadlifts are out, and body imbalances had begun.
