Take it from a multi vette owner , now and over many years, still to this day , nothing shocks you and gets you like the C6 Zr1- The LS9 is a beast and little mods it becomes a monster even more. Really happy for you and for your age , very respectful to the car and your cars. Cars like that weren't available to many of us back in the day. On top of it, the car pulls G's in corners like nothing. Image if it had more aero done to it , cunards , diffusers, an actual wing etc.

I'm sure you already know or have probably seen similar things but lately I've seen a lot of people talking about how the s650's oil temps run really hot especially after adding boost so cooling may be worth looking into soon after the whipple to dodge dealing with the overheating issues. Derek you are doing the right thing. Bring in other viewers with different car brands. And I personally think the Camry TRD is the ultimate daily driver. I get 34 mpg hwy if not better and it takes regular. I love the car and I’ve only had it for about two months. Have a blessed day!

Haven't been keeping up since I've been back to work.. But, I knew the Mach1 AKA the best car he has was going to go as soon as he got that S650.. Unbelievable.. When all the dust settles 20/25 years from now and S650 aren't new anymore.. That Mach, would be the one I want in my garage over them all, boosted or not.. I'm sure certain PPL feel that way about the S197's too.. Anyway, I loved that Mach based off the look and how they handle and feel..

real quick about the roof on the zr1 you should be able to remove the roof actually its just bolted into the halo arch and top of the front windshield unlike a basemodel where you can take them off but it should be able to be replaced

The good thing is that ls motors are way more simple than the ford stuff. And since you don’t plan on pushing it to far I’m guessing it’s going to be pretty reliable. I’ve owned a few ls powered vehicles and they’ve been among the most reliable and easiest to fix myself if/when needed. Really want a c6 myself. At least a grand sport lol really want that widebody the ls3 can hold enough power for me

Had the opportunity to get my hands on a clean c6 but... I bought a house as an investment for the future and I'm a college student and plan on living in it until I graduate. I want the nice cars now but like you said its good to get your priorities straight and I can definitely get one in the future. Im only 19 too so I will keep working and achieve my goals.
