I think the reason was that no one ever saw his face so they just assumed any of the prisoners was him. Even though, yea A.Michael was clearly a lot taller than that guy. I was gonna say that maybe those people only saw him in photos so they wouldn’t know but then I quickly remembered he was walking around Haddonfield, killing people only what was like only a few days ago. B.In Halloween(2018),there was a scene that showed a news report that talked about the escaped prisoners and even though there was some dude walking past the tv when Michael’s mugshot popped up so we, the audience, didn’t see his face, the people did There’s no reason they should’ve thought that random dude was Michael

Killer Klowns from Outer Space is a truly great movie. I really feel deeply for this movie as I grew up with it. I can’t wait for the game to release. It may not be the best movie I’ve ever seen, but it’s my favourite.

I think some of these movies are intentionally made to be goofy. I believe this genre is called "horror comedy" or something. I love these kind of movies tbh. In some of them it just feels like the actors and creators of the movie are actually having fun and just doing what they can with a very limited budget.
