The most expensive steak at Cheesecake Factory is the Filet Mignon, served with mashed potatoes and green beans, and it costs $37.95. Other steaks on the menu include Grilled Rib-eye Steak for $34.95 and the Chargrilled New York Steak for $28.95. We also ordered the Shrimp Scampi, served with angel hair pasta, for $24.95; the Cacio e Pepe Flatbread Pizza for $11.50; the Beet and Avocado Salad for $11.95; and the Classic Basque Cheesecake for $11.50.

When I would watch Restaurant Impossible years back Chef Robert Irvine would often counsel chefs to pare down their menu to a small handful of items for success. Hey you two have got to do a video at the Silverado Steakhouse inside the South Point. The prices are great. Services incredible they roll a cart up to your table and they make the salad and they also make the baked potato on a cart at your table. It's just as good as any high-end Steakhouse in Las Vegas without that giant price tag. The filet mignons me and my daughter had there where I think 10 oz for about $50 and it came with the baked potato or mashed potatoes. It would make a great video you guys trying out that place. It's a wonderful experience.

More cheesecake! I saw your clip featuring Outback Steakhouse. Their appetizers do tend to be a bit salty. I'm not sure what happened with the Strawberry Salad. My restaurant tends to be a bit more on the ball .Outback and Cheesecake Factory are chains. Guess it depends who's in charge.

FYI, Cheesecake Factory is also the owner of Grand Lux Cafe in Venetian/Palazzo. Before I found that out, I had commented how much Grand Lux feels like CF. Not as extensive, but large menu as well. We enjoyed Grand Lux.

Two "mall style" chain restaurants we used to enjoy (until the quality slipped dramatically) were Cheesecake Factory and P.F. Chang. Nice to see you had a good experience at Cheesecake Factory. Will definitely give them another chance based on your review. Our opinion of PFC has not changed. On our recent attempt the place looked shabby, staff was indifferent, and the remains of someone's lunch was baked onto the silverware by the dishwasher. We walked out after waiting nearly 20 minutes for a server. 😝
