Gold Bond has a body retinol one as well that can also be used on the face and there's advanced clinicals. After that, yeah, they get more pricey (chantecaille, perricone, replenix). Some more moderate are paula's choice and necessaire and topicals slather (these two both also have AHA).

There is also the advanced clinical's retinol firming cream. Pretty inexpensive that one, last time I checked it was 17 bucks for 13 oz or something

Can you tell us all about nail psoriasis? What is it and treatments? There have been cases of it after receiving COVID vaccines, though no cause and effects have been established. Moreover getting COVID-19 is by far much more serious!!

Glycolic acid has worked better for me than salacylic acid. I have not tried retinol on my body yet

I’m confused. If facial skin is different or thinner than the rest of our body, how could these weak no-percentage having formulas actually work for the body? Like, wouldn’t it make more sense to use tret? How can I use a active and not know the percentage of the active? Blind trust?

It doesn't have to be a high percentage to be good. It works because the formulation, not just one ingredient, is doing the work. You could use tret on your body, but 1 How many tubes are you going to buy 2 How do you know it's being spread evenly(when mixed with other moisturizers because that's what most people want to do) and 3 Are you protecting you're skin enough for that?

@@tashaunababyyy6535 It does need to be higher the than none being displayed in the package, especially if skin on the body is thicker. I NEED to know the percentage, otherwise, how would I increase strength once I reach a baseline of no irritation? Retinol products without strength listed are not for me, maybe for a skin care newb it might suffice. I use 0.10% retinal after using 0.5%. It’s a pretty logical concern, and if you only need a pea size of tret for the face then I wouldn’t need too much for the body. Especially since I have a separate dedicated retinal for my face. And I would let the tret dry for 20-30 minutes before applying moisturizer or just apply the next morning when I shower. And I wear clothing, that’s how I’d be protected. And wear spf. Thanks for a whole lot of useless of a reply tho.

Salcidic acid and PM is better with retinol because the sun cancels it
