As a consumer it can be extremely frustrating trying to weed out the good from the bad. And I couldn't find a non-alcohol, non-mint, non-cinnamon, non-anise [because I hate it], non-sodium lauryl sulfate mouthwash in any of my local stores so I've been using the coordinating Tom's Silly Strawberry children's mouthwash. I do think it's the *amount* of SLS in the products that's the issue, because when I use a typical high-SLS mouthwash the inside of my mouth peels but I don't have any issues with the Tom's products. Now I need to find a vegan unflavored dental floss [I'm allergic to beeswax, which coats most of the unflavored flosses I've found].

Yes in deed that was the most considerate reminder. So they gave me a Christmas gift idea, moisturizing hand creams for those who frequently wash their hands or use sanitizers often throughout the day. Got my eyes on that Neutrogena. Gold Bond has a good one too, at least it feels good on my hands. I see the lady sitting around the office with Bath & Body Works or Victoria's Secrets lotions with all that fragrance. Gee I hope they're not reading this. Give plan change! :-)

I went through months of bad dermatitis around my mouth several years ago. I could not understand why. I stopped my chronic flavored lip balms and what do you know? I haven’t had any problems since😂😂. I wish I had been watching you then!!! By the way, I love that jacket🌼

I actually work at target in the beauty department and only recommend the things you have, like cerave, spf, etc. I try to stray people away from the hype products, because you’ve transformed my skin just by listening to your advice. That said, I’ve been on accutane for severe acne, and even that didn’t help completely. My skin is the most perfect it’s ever been only because of your help and no-nonsense approach to products.

Dr Dray I'd love to hear your opinion on The Ordinary - "buffet" + copper peptides 1%. It was pretty expensive (for The Ordinary) which I was suckered into equating to "it's going give me babies skin". If you are aware of it do you think its good? INGREDIENTS: Aqua (Water), Glycerin, Lactococcus Ferment Lysate, Copper Tripeptide-1, Acetyl Hexapeptide-8, Pentapeptide-18, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1, Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-38, Dipeptide Diaminobutyroyl Benzylamide Diacetate, Acetylarginyltryptophyl Diphenylglycine, Sodium Hyaluronate Crosspolymer, Sodium Hyaluronate, Allantoin, Glycine, Alanine, Serine, Valine, Isoleucine, Proline, Threonine, Histidine, Phenylalanine, Arginine, Aspartic Acid, Trehalose, Fructose, Glucose, Maltose, Urea, Sodium PCA, PCA, Sodium Lactate, Citric Acid, Hydroxypropyl Cyclodextrin, Sodi um Chloride, Sodium Hydroxide, Butylene Glycol, Pentylene Glycol, Acacia Senegal Gum, Xanthan Gum, Carbomer, Polysorbate 20, Dimethyl Isosorbide, Sodium Benzoate, Caprylyl Glycol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Phenoxyethanol, Chlorphenesin

see my peptide videos, i explain how they work there. Remember thought that cosmeceuticals are not regulated and so not much can be said as far as comparing brand to brand beyond personal anecdotes

Also goes by madecassoside for anyone looking into cica. A few K Beauty brands will mark active ingredient as this. The No7 cica skin paste is awesome as well as 5-Panthensoside Cica Balm by Soon Jung!

How do you feel about wearing perfume as a separate thing? I do love perfume, especially since I have a very VERY keen sense of smell. I rather smell my own perfume than other people's coffee breath

I found this on Reddit: Anti-inflammatory agents may reduce symptoms of major depression, suggests a new study (n=1,610), which adds to the mounting evidence that there is a connection between emotional functioning and inflammation, suggesting that inflammation may trigger depression, almost like an allergic reaction. I thought it somewhat apropos to mental health and dermatology.

I mean there was a similar but complete opposite connection with Accutane. People who’s acne rapidly cleared up realize that acne isn’t the only thing bad in their life sort of thing, and especially since those who go on Accutane are the worst cases. I have depression and was diagnosed before taking Accutane and maybe it’s because I have more of my life together that it’s not as bad? That I’m able to regularly remember to take my pill because of the habit and importance of taking Accutane? I feel as though there are so many factors that can contribute to these sorts of things that studies aren’t able to include due to the complexity of real world factors.

Yes. There is also another study showing aspirin and anti inflammatory to get rid of depression.

Aquaphor makes a flat tip squeeze tube applicator that’s great. Also you should recommend more vanicream products over certaphil. They’re much cleaner
