The "spring" that you see with explosive athletes actually comes from the core and the glutes. Allen Iverson has very skinny and long legs, but his core is super strong. Think about the moment you go up for a layup, your abs contract and then release more than your calves.

Why is it that Jimmy Garoppolo is the only player that has been busted for PEDs? We’ve got 260 pound linebackers and running backs running 4.0 second 40s but it’s not PEDs? Ok

@@Louisianimal-225EBR 😂😂😂 you’re actually dumb enough to think this is an either or answer? You think because he has superior genetics he can’t possibly be using steroids?? You’re probably just smooth brained enough to not know what baseball is but you should check out some of those players who had superior genetics but somehow, as if by magic, still tested positive for PEDs
@zone5breezy3 ай бұрын
Because some players are more reckless than others. Some recent big names I remember are Julian Edelman (who went on to be SB MVP that season) Deandre Hopkins, Patrick Peterson, and just recently Jameson Williams…there are plenty that you hear about and they usually put out a statement saying it must have been something unknown in their approved supplements 😂 then remember Richard Sherman and the adderall controversy right before the playoffs in 2012 or so? It happens pretty widespread. Maybe some athletes are more careful or they are too important to the league for the league to ever publicly punish them I don’t know.
@Louisianimal-225EBR3 ай бұрын
@@zone5breezy it’s superior genetics ima be honest man. I played D1 runningback. I left Highschool at 6’0.5 227lbs bout 14% BF and was dunking 2 hands off the dribble on NBA regulation. (I hooped before I signed D1 football) people like me exist all in the hoods. We just have super DNA. I used to think it was a joke but think about middle schools and Highschool before everyone can hide at their 9-5s. Think about what happened at PE and recess back In the day. Some guys are on PEDs but these genes crazy man. Seriously I love it here
