Sorry to hear your sad news. I lost my mum over 25 years ago, and I still miss her. The way these pencils are layering gives an almost fluid appearance. Amazing. I have Derwent Inktense pencils, which I dont use enough. But I will look into these Lightfast pencils. Regards Liz.

When I lost mine I realized I was really on my own and yet so grateful for her love and the direction she had provided. I hope your sadness will one day be a bit lighter. So very sorry for your loss. It is such a profound loss to lose a parent. I lost mine in the late 1990s. Long ago, but it they are still missed. Be kind and patient with yourself, as we all grieve differently and we all have lapses back into the grief process. You are a wonderful person, you will adjust to the loss, but your mom will always be in your heart.

Thank you for sharing. I'm sorry for the loss of you mom. It seems your mother and mine left for heaven on the same day, August 29, since my mom passed at approximately 1pm. My mother had also been sick for quite sometime, yet I can't help feeling alone and unable to sleep. So, thank you for continuing to make content available.
