Morning Mr Wild, thank you very much mate, one thing I always wanted to do when I first started wild camping was to buy a canoe and head to the islands in the Lake District, slowly but surely I am cracking each one ha ha. Do you mean the side air bags mate? Yes, a little expensive for my liking pal but safety should not have a price on it should it. As always mate thank you for watching take care and have a great weekend.

Well that was a nice surprise Ant, haven't been on that island since 1973. I remember an old chest height thick walled ruin size of a stable at the centre of the island exact design and condition as the one on island just just a stone throw of Lindisfarne accessible at low tide. Both 7th century Celtic hermit monks knew each other and were good friends, history tells us that Brother Herbert and Brother Cuthbert after long and happy lives both passed away at the same hour. Wonderful and peaceful to have slept there. Harry

Hello there Harry, ahh good stuff mate, Glad you enjoyed it. That was such a good story I have actually passed on the story to one of my other subscribers who had a keen interest in the islands when he was younger wild wild swimming. One to be amazing with that story were actually true who knows. I bet it was good when those memories came flooding back of the island. Thank you Harry as always mate for watching. 👍

Hello there Nail, it’s the first time I’ve ventured there myself, I thought it was a beautiful place to spend two nights, the area is gorgeous isn’t it. If you have a look up the comments to Flying Haggis’s comment, Harry gives you a brief history of the island which I found very interesting. Yeah it’s lovely to spend to with my son like this, hopefully he will never get too old and want to keep adventuring with me. Yeah Chris is a top bloke, we’re off in a camp the weekend actually mate and thanks for your comment, I’ll let him know. Yeah 70ft, it’s scary what could be down there! Yes, the toasty maker was a top but, I’m very please mate.
