My dad past away 4 years ago after years of changes because of Alzheimers and LBD (Lewy Body Dementia). So i am so thankfull y'all are doing this. Cause for my dad it is to late but there are still many lives to be safed. I wish you all the best and a lot of fun on this trip! Looking forward to all the video's from y'all!!

I loved this video! It is the first I have seen of yours and have been watching Simon, a bloke in the Woods for at least a year. The auto sub-titles are hilarious with your accent! I am looking forward to seeing the next few of your journey around the lochs. The bit that threw me was your incredible amount of junk food - what is that doing to your body? I understand that you need fuel so wholewheat pasta with home made tomato sauce would be far better than refined sugar snacks and refined carb junk. Hopefully Simon will share some of his healthy food with you? Very best wishes to a successful trip. I will donate to the Alzheimers charity as it is a really important cause.

With the food, that's a lot of pasta/noodles. Maybe a couple of packets of 'Smash' or other brand of potato? Just to mix things up...it'd also go well with steak. Great kit choices though, good luck and have fun. Looking forward to the film.

Hi Ant, admittedly I did not know of your channel before I heard of this trip and the good cause. I'm a little concerned about your amount of calories your taking and being unsure if your son will eat some of it. I suggest more cured meat like chorizo and plenty of hard cheese 500g each at least. I wish you luck with the porridge without sugar or honey I know my son won't eat it on our trips. I do want you to know my whole family wish you all the best of luck and look forward to tracking your progress.

Yeah the food situation in the video isn’t the best but we do have a lot of fresh food at least for the first two full days which as very kindly been provided by our amazing sponsors, we have steak, pies, brownies… loads of food to be honest mate but thank you very much for your concern though.
